VPN Connection Troubleshooting Guide
If you ever receive the error message "Authentication Failed", this means your saved password is incorrect. You Open VPN password is synced to your domain user, meaning that if your domain user password ever expires, or you reset it, you will need to update the saved password in the Open VPN client.
If you receive an error saying your TOTP code was incorrect, it means that the code you typed in was incorrect. Please ensure you are typing in the correct code before the 30 timer expires.
